History:

Spanish Law professor. He was the son of Lorenzo Cabrera Heredia, captain of the provincial battalion of Zaragoza, and Herlinda María Warleta Ordovás. He was awarded a degree on Law by the Universidad Central in Madrid. He was attached to Faculty of Law at the University of Zaragoza since 1889 as an assistant professor, and in 1898 he was told to hold the available chair of Canonical Law Institutions at the University of his home town. In 1903 he got through public examination the chair of Canonical Law Institutions at the University of Seville.

In 1909 he held the chair of Canonical Law institutions at the University of Valencia. It was in that university where he spent the rest of his academic life. Indeed, he was dean of the Faculty of Law between 1930 and 1931.
