History:

He was a professor of Proceedings of the Universidad de Sevilla, appointed dean of the faculty of Law and rector of the Universidad de Sevilla during the period 1908-1909. Son of Rafael Mihura and Antonia Olmedo, he graduated in Law (1866) and obtained the doctorate (1874) from the Universidad de Sevilla.

He was appointed professor of Procedural Civil and Criminal Law, Canon and Administrative Law and Theory of the Proceedings, of the Universidad de Sevilla in 1886. He was appointed professor of Political and Administrative Law in 1892. On his own request, he obtained the chair of Legal Proceedings and Forensic Practice in 1896. He retired in 1918.

He joined the Bar Association of Seville.

Municipal judge of the district of San Román de Sevilla (1870-72), being before judge of the peace of the same district.
