Son of Luciano Toledano Espada, a scribe, and Josefa Hernansaiz. He was a Spanish profesor in Public Finance and Institutions and was married and had a child. He was undoubtedly an excellent student with a bright future cut short by his early death. He was member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid and the scientific and literary athenaeum.

He was author of many speeches and courses about Public Finance and Commerce. However, the most relevant of his works is “History of the treaties, agreements and declarations of commerce between Spain and the other Powers”, which was completed with an appendix of statistical data by J.
