History:

Ángel Acciaresi was an Argentinian assistant director, scriptwriter and film director who developed his career in his country.

He started working in 1936 in Lumiton studios as labourer on the movie "Los muchachos de antes no usaban gomina" (1937), directed by Manuel Romero. Later on, he was assistant director of numerous film directors such as Lucas Demare, Hugo del Carril, Armando Bo, Kurt Land or Enqiue Carreras. He directed his first movie in 1961, "Tercer Mundo", which was followed by more films. He also took part in "Las aventuras de Pikín" (1977) as co-director, but he was only three days on shooting.
