Edoardo Anton was an Italian dramatist, scriptwriter and film director.
He first worked in theatre. At the end of the thirties, he worked in several radio shows writing texts for variety and theatre plays. He made his first movie in 1950, called "The glass mountain" (1949), though it was not very popular. Some of his most famous movies regarding scriptwriting are "The sign of Venus" (1955), "Mogli pericolose" (1958) and "La vie del cuore" (1942).
He died the 11th May 1986 in Villafranca (France).
