History:
Karl Anton was a German film director, scriptwriter and producer.
He directed 58 movies between 1922 and 1960. He was married with Ruth Buchardt-Hansen. His original name was Karel Anton. Some of mis most popular movies were: "Immer nur-Du!" (1941), "Peter Vos, der Millionendieb" (1946) and "Tu kámen diez" (1923).
He died the 12th April 1979 in Berlin at the age of 80.
