Spanish woman that exiled in Mexico. Daughter of José Ignacio Mantecón Navasal and Concepción de la Torre Bayona (1903-1987). She married Arturo Souto Alabarce and her brother-in-law was Arturo Souto Feijoo. She participated in the carrying out of the interviews to the Spanish exiled people between 1974 and 1990, that later on would lead to the "Proyecto Historia Oral de Refugiados españoles en México".
