History:

Spanish lawyer that was exiled. He was born in Madrid in 1898, in a liberal monarchic family. His father was soldier and his brother was Ángel Galarza, Director-General of Security, founder of the Assault Guard and Minister of the "Ministerio de la Gobernación" of the Republic.

Félix started his studies in San Isidro School of Madrid and then went to London to keep studying until 1914. Between 1914 and 1919, he studied Laws in the "Universidad Central de Madrid". He passed the Civil Service examination for Lawyer in 1921 and was sent to Madrid. Later on, he was designated Civil Governor in Gipuzkoa and was sent to Vigo's harbor as Chief Inspector in 1933. He joined the Socialist Party in 1936 and was sent in 1937 as Consul to Tangier and Fes. When the Spanish Civil War finished in 1939, he exiled in Casablanca. In October 1941, he went to Mexico with his wife and son on board "Quanza" ship.

Between 1941 and 1979, he worked in different Mexican companies as dealer. His wife died and he married again in 1960 a Mexican woman, who had a child with. However, he never became Mexican citizen. He had a relationship with other two Spanish refugees. He went back to Spain in 1977 and was granted his lawyer pension.
