Spanish exile. Republican, deputy mayor and provincial deputy in Madrid, after the 1931 municipal elections. Mason, 'Great Captain of Guards' (Gran Capitán de Guardias). Professor, engineer. He travelled in the 'Nyassa' and arrived in Veracruz on 22 May 1942.
