He was a Spanish merchant in exile. He was born in the Pinar del Río, Spain, in 1891. He arrived in Mexico in 1943 as a tourist. Then, he became an exile. He was 54 years old and married Isabel Allú Flores. He had two children, also exiled, called Ana María and César Agüero Allú. His son worked with him as a representative of "La Espiga de Oro". He worked as a property manager in Mexico.
