Spanish politician. Senyal worked as an industrial worker and participated in the foundation of Nationalist Youth of Manresa in 1921, from which he was elected its president. Senyal took part in in the foundation of the newspaper "El Día de Manresa" as well. During the Second Republic he was elected deputy of Esquerra Republicana for the province of Barcelona, post which he renewed in the 1936 elections with Popular Front. During the Civil War, he was appointed undersecretary of Work by Josep Tomàs I Piera, Minister of Work, Health and Welfare. Later on, Senyal was sent to the Consulate of Montreal as commercial attaché. After the war, he went into exile to New York, where he lived for four years before moving to City of Mexico along with his family, made up of María Écija del Valle and their children Margarita and Rafael. His brother Jaime Senyal Ferrer went into exile to Mexico as well. Senyal entered to Mexico on 24th March 1945.
