History:

Spanish architect. He graduated in Architecture in 1947. Most of his architectural work was developed in Salamanca. His works in Salamanca include the headquarters of the National Delegation of Trade Unions in 1954 and the Colegio Mayor Femenino, located in Gibraltar Street.

Married to Teresa Iscar Sánchez, one of his sons, Fernando Población Iscar, continued his professional work.

He passed away in Salamanca in 2002.
