Spanish metallurgist, who was exiled in Mexico. He was a member of the socialist party and of Unión General de Trabajadores (UGT/General Union of Workers). He was elected parliamentary deputy for La Coruña in the 1936 general elections. He was also President and Secretary of the Workers' Federation of El Ferrol.
During the Spanish Civil War he was Commissioner‑inspector of State Prisons and spokesperson of the Tribunal de Responsabilidades Civiles (Court of Civil Responsibilities). He went into exile in France and lived there in Chartres (14 rue des Ecuyers). Moreover, he went into exile in Mexico aboard the ship Ipanema. He arrived in Veracruz in July 1939. In Mexico he was Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Pablo Iglesias Cultural Circle.
