Tadeusz Chmielewski was a Polish film scriptwriter, director and producer. Chmielewski studied cinema in National Film School in Lodz and was an active member of the Polish Filmmakers Association, of which he became vice chairman during the period between 1983 and 1987. He made numerous films and in some of them he used the pseudonym of Sophie Miller. Among his most outstanding titles are: “How I Unleashed World War II” (1970), “Eva Wants to Sleep” (1958) and “I Hate Mondays” (1971).
