History:
Pilar Serra Navarro was a Spanish archivist. She was the daughter of Guillermo Serra, lawyer from Albacete, and María Navarro. Between 1962 and 1966 she was assigned to the Provincial Historical Archive of Albacete, where she worked as a specialist for vacancy. In 1966 she joined the Corps of Archivists, Librarians, and Archaeologists and she was assigned to the Archivo Histórico Nacional (AHN; National Historical Archive) in Madrid. She was also assigned to the Archive of the Crown of Aragon and to the Provincial Historical Archive of Alicante. After that, she became Director of the Central Archive of the Ministry of Interior and she published the Guide of this ministerial Archive.
