History:

French scripter and film producer and director with Argentine nationality. Married with the actress Mirtha Legrand (1927-). Being active mainly between 1934 and 1974, one of his most highlighting works is the thriller "A sangre fría" (1947). Tinayre directed the films "Pasaporte a Río" (1948), "Deshonra" (1952) and "La bestia humana" (1957).
