Spanish deputy and jurist. Son of Salvador García and Francisca Domenech. He was niece and heir of Francisco Domenech, councillor of Castilla removed from his position during the Napoleonic invasion. He studied Law in the University of Valencia, from where he obtained his PhD. He was professor in the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence of Madrid between 1800 and 1806. In 1813, he was appointed political chief of Madrid, and in 1820, he was entrusted the same position in Murcia. Elected deputy for Valencia during the legislature of 1822-1823, he was the vice president of the Congress and president of the Special Court. He was imprisoned in 1824, when the Trienio (Liberal Triennium) came to an end. In 1837, he went back to his position as deputy. In the 1840s, he applied to the Court of Cádiz as a means of remedying his poverty.
