History:
Official of the Ministry of Finance during the War of Independence. Head of section of the Ministry of the Interior, member of the Museum of Natural Sciences in 1821. Actually in charge of the Secretariat of the Office of the Interior of the Peninsula after the crisis of March 1821. Director of the Post Office in 1822 (although not the only one). Member of the Board for the Protection of Freedom of the Press in 1823.
