History:

Sixto of Bourbon-Parma, Prince of Parma. He was born in Wartegg in 1886. He was the son of Robert I of Bourbon-Parma, the last Duke of Parma, and his second wife, Infanta Maria Antonia of Portugal, daughter of King Miguel I of Portugal. During World War I, he enlisted, along with his brother Prince Javier, in the Belgian army. After the war, he married a French noblewoman and settled in Paris. He wrote several books, including a biography of his great-great-grandmother Maria Luisa of Spain, Duchess of Lucca, titled: Maria Luisa, infanta de España, y reina de Etruria. He passed away in Paris in 1934.
