Spanish Jesuit and historian.
Born in La Llosa de Ranes (Valencia) in 1849.
He entered in 1886 the Jesuit novitiate of Balaguer (Lleida), but due to the Revolution on 1868, he had to go into exile to France. There, in Saint-Charmand, Toulouse and Saint-Cassian, he studied Humanities, Theology and Philosophy -he did the third course of this last discipline in Vich (Barcelona)-. Also, during this period, he taught rhetoric in Toulouse and in Dussède. After his return to Spain in 1879, he taught this same subject Zaragoza's schools (1880-1884) and Veruela's (1884-1895). Some time later he was called by the superiors of the Company in Madrid to be a copywriter in the project Monumenta Historica Societatios Iesi (MHSI). Some of his most important works were: Vida de San Estanislao Kostka, novicio escolar de la Compañía de Jesús (1893) and Florilegio de autores castellanos (1901).
He passed away in Orihuela (Alicante) in 1915.
