Spanish exiled in Mexico. Borderas was deputy for Huesca, municipal judge of Jaca (Huesca) and representative at the Council of Jaca. He also worked as industrialist and tailor, having his own tailor's workshop in Jaca. He spoke French and was married. Being member of PSOE, he also participated in the foundation of the Socialist Group of Jaca; there, he worked as a treasurer, vice-president, president and secretary. Borderas designed and made up the flag with which Galán and García Hernández revolted on December 1930 in Jaca, being also one of its organizers. Borderas belonged to the Republican Provisional Board which announced the II Spanish Republic in Jaca. He worked as a representative of the Council of Jaca, but only for few days. After the uprising failed, he was imprisoned. He ran as a candidate in the municipal elections in Jaca (1930), but his candidacy was withdrawn due to his imprisonment. Between 1931 and 1934, he was appointed municipal judge. Borderas belonged to the left-wing section of PSOE, and worked as a deputy for Huesca in the 1936 general elections, becoming the first deputy of PSOE for Huesca. He was a member of the Commissions of Budget, Industry and Commerce, Agriculture and National Defence. At the beginning of the Civil War, Borderas went into exile to France along with some other civilians. They gathered at the Oloron-Sainte-Marie station to come back to Barcelona in order to form a militia and fight in Jaca, which was known as 130 Mixed Brigade of the X Army. Borderas was appointed the commissioner of this militia, and also commissioner of the General Inspectorate of the Mayor Status of the Army. On 7th December 1936, he headed the provincial assembly of Huesca, organized by PSOE.
Borderas went into exile to Mexico when he was 42-years-old, and received some help from JARE. The departure place and the means of transport is unknown. He participated actively in the republican and socialist institutions. Borderas worked as vice-president of the Spanish Republican Centre. He was also the representative of the Administrative Board at the "Benéfica Hispana" Mutualist Civil Association. He was the director of Círculo de Pablo Iglesias, the Spanish Socialist Association and the Socialist Parliamentarian Group in exile. Borderas also worked at a clothes company. He became independent and set up his own tailor's shop at 8 Bolivar Street. Finally, Borderas died in Mexico D.F.
