This Umbrella Organization was created during the summer of 2003 with the aim to give assistance to those people and collectives who live in the province of Burgos and work on the recovery of historical memory of victims of the Civil War and of the Franco dictatorship. The organization focuses on giving them moral and technical support and keeps in contact with similar associations.
