Spanish Law professor. He was the son of Manuel Battle Alonso Gasco and Encarnación Vázquez Llop.

He started his academic training in 1927 studying at the University of Valencia a degree in Law, and some years later he was awarded the doctorate.

His academic career started in 1933 as an assistant professor in practical lessons in the Faculty of Law at the Universidad Literaria de Valencia. One year later he carried out the same activity at the Universidad Central.

In 1935 he was appointed Professor of Civil Law at the Universidad La Laguna and he was transferred to the University of Murcia. In 1937 he joined the chair in the Faculty of Law at the University of Valencia. Moreover, he was appointed dean in the Faculty of Law and Administrator of the Patronage and rector at the University of Murcia. He was sanctioned in 1939.

He held other positions such as:

Scholar at the National Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation.

Member of the Real Academia Alfonso X El Sabio [Royal Academy of Alfonso X the Wise.

Educator adviser.

President of the Committee on Education in the Spanish parliament.

Member of the Legal Affairs Committee.
