Spanish jurist, writer, journalist and politician.
Son of Juan and María Magdalena. He began his academic education with the Law Degree by the University of Valencia and continued with the doctorate in Law and Political Sciences by the University of Bolonia.
His academic career stands out because he was professor of Legal History at the University of Salamanca and the Complutense University of Madrid.
Another positions he had were:
Member of the Real Academia de Cultura Valenciana (Royal Academy of Valencian Culture) and of the Spanish-Italian Academy.
Academic of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation.
Founder of the diary Arriba.
Director of the magazine Valencia and of the Official School of Journalism of Madrid.
President of the National Press Council and of the Spanish-German Society.

Entre los años 1936 y 1940 visitó el Archivo Histórico Nacional (A.H.N.) de Madrid para investigar en las secciones de Órdenes Militares, Inquisición y Consejos. En 1949 investigó en el Archivo de Indias de Sevilla sobre la creación del colegio notarial de México por Carlos IV en 1792.
