Spanish jurist and professor who got married to María Dolores Bonet Marco.
He started his academic training in 1923 studying Legal Studies at the University of Valencia. Later on he was awarded a degree on Law and he finished his doctorate in Madrid.
He received a scholarship by the Provincial Council of Valencia (pension by Alfonso XIII) to extend his studies at the University of Rome. In 1933 he received another scholarship by the Committee of Extension of Studies of Paris.
His academic career started in 1931 as a temporary assistant in the modules of Criminal and Commercial Law in the Faculty of Law at the University of Santiago. He asked to be transfer to the University of Zaragoza and in 1939 he got, provisionally, the available chair of Civil Law in the Faculty of Law at the University of Barcelona. In 1941 he competed to be transferred to the previously mentioned chair. In addition, he carried out activities as the general secretary of the University of Barcelona. He was sanctioned in 1937.
He also held the following positions:
Chair at the Provincial Appellate Court of Zaragoza.
Supply judge in both the Provincial Court of Barcelona and the Supreme Court of Justice.
Scholar of the Royal of Jurisprudence and Legislation.
