History:

Spanish jurist and professor of Natural Law. He was the son of Juan Carreras Llopart and Francisca Arañó March.

He started his academic training in 1898 studying the baccalaureate at the high school of Barcelona and he was awarded a degree on Law and a doctorate at the University of Barcelona.

His academic career started in 1917 when he obtained the chair of Natural Law in the Faculty of Law at the University of Murcia. Some time later he held the same chair at the University of Granada.

He carried out other activities such as:

Lecturer at the Industrial and Agricultural Institute of Manresa.

Assistant at the Seminar of Vich.
