Spanish lawyer, politician and professor.

He started his academic career being a Law professor at the University of Barcelona and he was designated professor of Elements of Commercial and Criminal Law in the Faculty of Law at the University of Salamanca.

He also held the following positions:

Deputy in the division of Gerona in the Spanish Congress of Deputies.

Member of the Bar Association of Barcelona.

Editor of the newspaper El Constitucional from Barcelona.

Public prosecutor.

Secretary at the Provincial Supreme Board from Barcelona.
