Spanish Law professor. He was the son of Gregorio and Catalina. He got married to Luisa Vicente.

He started his academic training studying Jurisprudence at the University of Salamanca where he got the baccalaureate and the degree. He obtained the doctorate at the Universidad Central in Madrid.

He started his academic training being a substitute lecturer in the chair of Jurisprudence at the University of Valladolid and he was appointed supply lecturer on several chairs. He was appointed professor of Canonical Institutions and professor of History and Elements of Roman Law at this university. In addition, he was secretary at the Faculty of Law.

He carried out other activities:

Lawyer at the Royal Bar Associations of Valladolid, Salamanca and Caceres.

Prosecutor of Public Finances in the province of Salamanca.
