Spanish Law professor. He was the son of Ramón Domingo and Vicenta de Morató.

He started his academic training by obtaining the baccalaureate on jurisprudence at the University of Barcelona, where he was also awarded a degree and a doctorate on jurisprudence.

He started his academic career being a lecturer at the Faculty of Law in Barcelona. On the other hand, he was appointed professor of Spanish Codes and History and Elements of Spanish Civil, Common and Regional Law. In addition, he was dean at the Faculty of Law.

He also held the following positions:

Member of the Library Commission and Training on the Catalogue of books from the University of Valladolid.

The Director-General of Public Education.
