Spanish professor. He was the son of Justo Emperador and Concepción Félez de Fresnada.
He started his academic training with the baccalaureate on Arts at the Institute of Zaragoza. He got his bachelor degree on Law at the University of Zaragoza and he was awarded a doctorate on Civil and Canonical Law at the Universidad Central in Madrid with his thesis: “Determinación del concepto del Derecho y su relación con la Moral” [Specifying the concept of Law and its relationship with Morals].
He started his academic career being an assistant professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Salamanca and supernumerary professor at the University of Zaragoza. He was given the chair of Political Economy and Statistics and Elements of Public Finances at the University of Granada. Some months later he was designated professor of Natural Law Elements at the University of Zaragoza where he stayed until he retired.
