He was a Spanish deputy, senator and professor of Law. He was born in Altea (Alicante) and passed away in Valencia, son of Nicolás Gadea Valdés and María Ángela Orozco Ferrer. His brother was Vicente Gadea Orozco (professor at the Faculty of Law and Rector of the University of Valencia).
He began his academic education with the high school at the Senior High School of Valencia. He obtained the degree in Civil and Canon Law from the University of Valencia. He received the doctorate at the Central University of Madrid.
After he obtained his doctorate he dedicated himself to judiciary. Later, he incorporated to the University of Valencia as a professor. He was appointed professor of Civil Procedural, Criminal, Canon and Administrative Law; Institutions of Roman Law; and Legal Proceedings and Forensic Practice. In addition, he was chosen Dean of the Faculty of Law.

Deputy 4th of the Bar Association of Valencia. Parliamentary deputy by the district of Gandía and Sagunto.
Senator by the province of Valencia.
