He was a Spanish professor of Law and lawyer who was married with Eusebia Culebros Francholi. He graduated in Law in 1880 and obtained the doctorate in Civil and Canon Law in 1884 by the Universidad Central. Professor of Public and Private International Law of the Universidad de Santiago in 1894.
Other positions he held were:
Lawyer of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid since 1880. Member of the Real Academia de Jurisprudencia y Legislación of Madrid. Director of the magazine El Siglo Jurídico.
