He was a Spanish professor of Law and Magistrate who was born in Calatayud (Zaragoza). Son of Jorge Minguijón and María Antonia Adrián, he passed away in Zaragoza.

He graduated in Philosophy and Humanities at the Universidad de Zaragoza on the 7th of December, 1896. He graduated in Law at the Universidad Central on the 3rd of July, 1900, obtaining the doctorate in Law in 1906.

Professor of General History of Spanish Law of the Universidad de Zaragoza in 1911.

Other positions he held were:

Magistrate of the Supreme Court in 1938. Academician of the Real Academia de ciencias Morales y Políticas since 1941. He started together with other professor of Law of the Universidad de Zaragoza periodicals such as El Noticiero, of which he would be sub director. Member of the Partido Social Popular until the arrival of the Dictatorship of Primo de Rivera. Member of the CEDA during the II Republic. He belonged to the social Catholicism from Aragón and Spain.
