History:

He was a Spanish professor of Law who was born in Murcia. Son of José María Millet Sánchez and Catalina Alhambra Jareño, he passed away in Seville.

He completed the baccalaureate in Philosophy and Administration at the Universidad Central and graduated in Law at the Universidad Central on the 24th of November, 1859, obtaining the doctorate in Law in 1864. He graduated in Philosophy and Humanities at the Universidad de Sevilla.

Professor of Institutions of Public Finance of the Universidad de Sevilla in 1864.

Professor of Trade and Penal Law of the said university in 1867. He was appointed secretary of the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de Sevilla in 1870.

Other positions he held were:

Member of the Ateneo Científico, Literario y Artístico de Madrid.
