He was a Spanish professor who was born in Seo de Urgel (Lérida). Son of Joaquín Girón and of Nicanora de Arcas.
He began his academic education with the degree in Administrative Law at the Universities of Seville, Madrid and Barcelona. Moreover, he obtained the doctorate in Civil and Canon Law.
His academic career is outstanding because he was professor of Institutions of Canon Law in the University of Santiago. He was moved due to a swap to the University of Salamanca. He was also moved after a selection process to the University of Valencia. He made use of the chair of Administrative Law; and Institutions of Canon Law, at the University of Seville.
