Pablo Mestre was a Spanish professor of Law, who was son of José Mestre and Agustina Trilla. He got married and had two children. He died in Barcelona.
He studied Philosophy, Law, and Canons at the Universidad de Cervera. He graduated in Canons from the Universidad de Cervera in 1824, obtaining a PhD in Canons in November 1824.
Archivist of the Universidad de Barcelona in 1847, he was professor of History and Elements of Spanish Civil, Common, and Regional Law at the Universidad de Salamanca in 1862. He retired in 1867.

Lawyer of the Royal Court of Catalonia in 1824. Adviser of the Governor of Cervera.
