Spanish deputy and professor who was born in Salamanca. He was called Manuel Antolín, son of Juan Herrero and Josefa Sánchez.
He began his academic training with the baccalaureate in Philosophy by the University of Salamanca. Moreover, he studied Jurisprudence and obtained the degree. He received the doctorate from the Central University of Madrid.
His academic career was centered on the University of Salamanca and began with him as a substitute of the chairs of Latin language and culture, Classical Authors and Humanities. He was appointed professor of Institutions of Canon Law; and General History of Spanish Law. He was moved to the chair of Procedural Law. In addition, he was Dean of the Faculty of Law and Vice Rector of the University.
