Spanish professor who was born in Luesia (Zaragoza) and passed away in Carpe (Zaragoza). Son of Antonio Ibarra and Teodora Loire, he married María Grañén Soler.
He began his academic education with the high school in arts at the High School of Zaragoza. He was licensed in Civil and Canon Law by the University of Zaragoza. He obtained the doctorate from the Central University of Madrid.
His academic career began with him as an assistant professor at the University of Zaragoza. He was appointed professor of Political and Administrative Law by the University of Granada. He moved to the University of Valladolid. He asked for a swap and moved to the chair of Civil Procedural, Criminal, Canon and Administrative Law and of Theory and Practice of Writing of Public Instruments from the University of Zaragoza. After the change of the curriculum he was appointed for the chairs of Legal Proceedings and Forensic Practice and Writing of Public Instruments.
