He was a Spanish professor who was born and passed away in Barcelona.
He began his academic training with the baccalaureate in Philosophy and in Jurisprudence at the University of Barcelona. He obtained the degree and the doctorate in Jurisprudence; and the degree in Philosophy and Humanities. He obtained the baccalaureate in Arts; the degree in Administration; and the doctorate in the section of Administrative Law.
His academic career stands out because he was appointed professor of Industrial and Trade Geography and Notions of Trade Law of the Trade School of Cadiz. He was appointed temporary professor and long-term professor at the Faculty of Law of Barcelona. He received the chair of Public Finance of Spain at the University of Valladolid. He was moved to the University of Barcelona where he took office of the chair of Roman Law; History and Elements of Roman Law; and Natural Law. Moreover, he was appointed Dean of this University.
