He was a Spanish professor of Law and religious person who was born in Valencia de Don Juan (León). He passed away in Salamanca.
He studies the baccalaureate in Theology at the Universidad de Salamanca and graduated in 1845, obtaining the doctorate in Theology in 1846.
Professor of Philosophy at the Colegio de los Dominicos de Salamanca in 1833. Professor of Rethorics and Poetics of the Universidad de Valladolid in 1846. He moved to the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela to the same chair in 1847. Professor of Theological Places of the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. He moved to the Universidad de Salamanca to the same chair in 1858. Vice Rector in 1884. Professor of Ecclesiastic Discipline and of Canon Institutions until his retirement in 1891.
He achieved the restauration of the Convento de dominicos de San Esteban in Salamanca and the reestablishment of some of them in his studies, such as those of Theology.
