He was a Spanish professor who was born in Almería and passed away in Granada. Son of Plácido Langle Moya (notable lawyer), he was married.
He began his academic training with the degree in Law at the Universidad de Granada. He obtained his doctorate from the Universidad Central de Madrid. He enjoyed a scholarship from the Junta para Ampliación de Estudios in Belgium, France and Switzerland.
His academic career began with him as an assistant professor of the Faculty of Law of Seville.
He was appointed professor of Penal Law by the Universidad de La Laguna. Due to a swap he made use of the chair of Trade Law of Spain and of the Main Nations of Europe and America of the Universidad de Granada.
Sanctioned in 1937, he was moved to the Universidad de Oviedo in 1944. He was declared dismissed without sanction and he made use of the chair of Trade Law of Granada in 1946.
