He was a Spanish professor who was born in Albarracín (Teruel) and passed away in Bronchales (Teruel). Son of Jacinto Lapeña and Francisca Ambrós.

He began his academic training with the high school in arts at the Instituto de Zaragoza.

Graduated in Civil and Canon Law by the University of Zaragoza.

His academic career was centered on the Universidad de Zaragoza and began with him as a temporary professor and a permanent professor. He was appointed professor of Public and Private International Law.

Other activities he carried out were:

Lawyer of the Illustrious Bar Association of Zaragoza.

Municipal attorney of the Distrito del Pilar (Zaragoza).
