Abogado, político y profesor español, exiliado tras la Guerra Civil. Se licenció en Derecho en 1915. En 1918 ganó las oposiciones al Cuerpo de Notarios y Registradores de la Propiedad, ejerciendo de Registrador, desde 1918 a 1936, en Ágreda (Soria) y Alfaro (Logroño), entre otros. Ingresó en la Agrupación Socialista de Madrid, en febrero de 1930. En 1931, se inició en la masonería, con el nombre simbólico de “Marx”, perteneciendo a la logia “Concordia nº 14” de Madrid. Elegido diputado por Palencia en las Elecciones Generales de 1933, formó parte de la Comisión, creada para investigar las importaciones de trigo en 1932. En febrero de 1936 volvió a ser candidato a Cortes por Palencia, sin resultar elegido.
Durante la Guerra Civil fue Director General de Rentas Públicas y Secretario del Consejo de Dirección del Ministerio de Hacienda. En Barcelona fue presidente de la Agrupación Socialista de refugiados palentinos. Fue juzgado por el Tribunal Regional de Responsabilidades Políticas de Castilla la Vieja en 1937 junto a Feliciano Beltrán Bello, también vecino de Autilla del Pino.
Al finalizar la guerra se exilió en Francia residiendo en Perpignan. De allí marchó a México llegando al puerto de Veracruz el 13 de junio de 1939 a bordo del vapor Sinaia. Le acompañaban dos menores, Gonzalo Boldé Aguado (de 11 años) y José Manuel Isubi Garmendiourrutia (de 8 años). Allí trabajó como profesor en el Instituto Hispano Mexicano “Ruíz de Alarcón” hasta mayo de 1956 que regresó a España. Falleció en Madrid, siendo inhumado el 25 de enero de 1979.
Spanish lawyer, politician and lecturer, exiled. In 1915, he graduated in Law. He passed the Notary Public and Property Registrar entrance exams in 1918, so he started to work as a registrar in Ágreda (Soria), Alfaro (Logroño) and some other cities until 1936. Aguado joined the Socialist Association of Madrid in 1930. A year later, he started out in Freemasonry with the symbolic pseudonym "Marx". He belonged to the lodge "Concordia nº14" of Madrid.
Elected deputy of Palencia in the 1933 general elections, Aguado belonged to "La Comisión", a commission set up in 1932 to investigate the wheat imports. He stood again as a representative of Palencia in 1936. However, this time he was not elected. During the Spanish Civil War, Aguado was the Director-General of Public Incomes and the Secretary of the Management Board at the Ministry of Finance. He also headed the Socialist Group of Barcelona.
When the Civil War ended, he was exiled to Perpignan (France). Aguado arrived to Mexico aboard the "Sinaia" on 13th June 1939 with two minor children, Gonzalo Boldé Aguado and José Manuel Isubi Garmendiourrutia (11 and 8 years-old respectively). There he worked as a teacher at the "Ruíz de Alarcón" Hispanic-Mexican Institute until 1956, when he came back to Spain. Aguado died in Madrid, being buried on 25th January 1979.
