Spanish politician, son of Ramón González Posada and Guillerma Biesca Suárez, who got married with Lucila Díaz y Pedregal, with whom he had three children. He studied high school at the Povincial High School of Oviedo and graduated in Law at the University of Oviedo on the 26th of September, 1878, and obtained his doctorate in 1883.
Professor of Elements of Political and Administrative Law of the University of Oviedo in 1883, he moved to the Central University of Madrid in 1910, holding the chair of Compared Municipal Law. Professor of Spanish Political Law Compared with the Foreign Law of that university in 1920. He taught courses in Argentina, France and Switzerland. He was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Law in 1930. He retired in 1931. He was appointed honorary dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oviedo in 1933.

Vice president of the Institución Libre de Enseñanza (Free Educational Institute). He was member of the International Institute of Sociology of Paris. Senator by the Partido Reformista de Melquíades Álvarez during the legislations of 1921-1922 and 1923. President of the Worker's Council in 1931. President of the National Welfare Institute in 1915.
Político español. Hijo de Ramón González Posada y de Guillerma Biesca Suárez. Se casó con Lucila Díaz y Pedregal con quien tuvo tres hijos. Estudió el bachillerato en el Instituto Provincial de Oviedo y se licenció en Derecho en la Universidad de Oviedo el 26 de septiembre de 1878, Doctorándose en 1883.
Catedrático de Elementos de Derecho Político y Administrativo de la Universidad de Oviedo en 1883. En 1910, se pasó a la Universidad Central de Madrid ocupando la Cátedra de Derecho Municipal Comparado. Catedrático de Derecho Político Español Comparado con el extranjero de dicha universidad en 1920. Imparte diversos cursos en Argentina, Francia y Suiza. Fue nombrado decano de la Facultad de Derecho en 1930. Se jubiló en 1931. Nombrado Decano honorario de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Oviedo en 1933.
Otros cargos que desempeñó fueron:
Vicepresidente de la Institución Libre de Enseñanza. Fue miembro del Instituto Internacional de Sociología de París. Senador por el Partido Reformista de Melquíades Álvarez en las legislaturas de 1921-1922 y 1923. Presidente del Consejo del Trabajo en 1931. Presidente del Instituto Nacional de Previsión en 1915.
Tiene como profesor en la Universidad de Granada a Adolfo Posada.
Decano de la Facultad de Derecho.
