(b) Apr. to Dec., Juan Ventura Morales, acting intendant, to Baron de Carondelet, Juan Delavillebeuvre, Pedro Favrot, Vizente Folch, Francisco de Paula Gelabert, Pedro Olivier, and Antonio de San Maxent.
