They are arranged in chronological order. The legajo consists of the drafts of letters from the contador of San Agustín, Gonzalo Zamorano, to the treasurers, Bartolomé Benítez y Gálvez (jan., 1790-oct., 1792), Felipe Aguirre (oct., 1792-aug., 1793), Juan Crisóstomo de Acosta (sept., 1793-mar., 1797), and José Antonio de Iguiniz (apr. 1797-dec., 1804). Most of the drafts are brief, dealing with the financial administration of San Agustín.
