Reales órdenes comunicadas a los gobernadores de la Florida.
Legajo 1911. 1816-1817. Reales órdenes del ministerio de la Guerra referentes a las Floridas. (Cienfuegos 44; Capitanes Generales 863.) B, 39 cm., 500 documents. The legajo consists of royal orders directed to José de Cienfuegos as captain general of the two Floridas, by the ministers of war, as follows: 1816, jan.-1817, june. Marqués de Campo Sagrado. 1817, june-dec.. Francisco de Eguia. These are the general military orders, all being applicable to the Floridas, but few of them being specifically for those regions. One order of importance is that approving the sentence pronounced against the officials in charge at Baton Rouge when it was surrendered to the americans (sept., 1816). Cf. legajo 1865
