History:

Bell, Raymond Everett was born on the 24th of August 1914 in Providence, Rhode Island. He worked as nurse and mechanic and member of the Communist Party since March 1937. He sailed from the United States on the 24th of March 1937 aboard the "Manhattan" and arrived in Spain on the 15th April 1937. He served with the John Brown Battery within the 15th International Brigade. He went to the Second World War with the Armed Forces of the United States and died on the 19th of December 1997.
