Spanish electrician that was exiled. He was born in 1907 in Barcelona and was member of a well-off family. His father was stockbroker, but he ruined with the arrival of the I World War. Enrique made his basic studies in the "Escolapios" of Barcelona but, because of the economic difficulties of his family, he started to work very young and learnt electronics by himself. Later on, he trained as expert electrician in Tarrasa. He supported the Republican Left and the doctrine of Catalan autonomy but never joined any political party, though other relatives did, like his sister Eladia, who was Director-General of Evacuation.

He was doing his military service when the Spanish Civil War started and volunteered to go to the front. However, despite going to the front, he engaged wire tappings in the Military Information Service (SIM) due to his professional training. When the war was over, he went to France and entered Argelés-sur-Mer concentration camp. His sister Eladia managed to get him out of the camp and reunited with their family in Perpignan. They went to Mexico by ship and arrived to Veracruz in July 1939.

He went to Mexico City and had several jobs as seller and later as electrician. He later moved to Monterrey and became Mexican citizen. He finally settled in Guadalajara (Jalisco) and worked in Piker Company. He founded in Guadalajara the "Centro Catalán" and the "Asociación de Ingenieros y Mecánicos" and joined the Operational Maintenance of the "Radio Patrullas" of the Police Department of Guadalajara. He never returned to Spain.
