Spanish labor lawyer that was exiled. He was born in Noéz (Toledo) in 1911, son of Celestino Gamero Bejarano (1880-1958), who was Secretary of the Town Council, and of Ángela de la Fuente. In 1918, he moved to Toledo with his parents and started there his studies: higher secondary-education course with the "Maristas" and then in Cardenal Lorenzana High School.

Later on, he studied Laws in the "Universidad Central de Madrid", and joined the Socialist Youth of Madrid in 1929. He settled in Talavera de la Reina in 1931 in order to start his professional career. During the II Republic, he was elected Local President of the Socialist Youth, President of the Socialist Group, Secretary-General of the General Union of Workers (UGT) and President of the Joint Councils, all of them carried out in Talavera. He was also member of the Executive Committee of the PSOE Provincial Federation. Within this Party, he supported the trend led by Indalecio Prieto. Furthermore, he participated in the Revolution of 1934 and was imprisoned in Cárcel de Gilitos (Toledo) because of that between 1934 and 1936.

When he got out from jail, he run as candidate of the Popular Front in 1936 elections in Toledo, but he did not win. However, he was elected President of the Unified Socialist Youth (JSU) in Talavera. When the Spanish Civil War started, he was designated Commander of the Battalion of the Militias of Talavera. When the Nationalist faction took the city, Gamero was designated Delegate-General of the "Carabineros" in Valencia and Barcelona.

When the war was over, he exiled in France and spent some months in Saint-Cyprien concentration camp. He managed to go to Mexico on board "Ipanema" ship. He arrived the 7th July 1939 along with his sister Dolores and his father Celestino. In November 1939, he joined together with Luis García Galiano and founded the factory "Mazapanes Toledo". He became Mexican citizen in 1948. Since 1948 until 1987, he kept with his commercial activity. In addition, he founded the "Instituto de Interpretes y Traductores" and was President of the "Ateneo Español" in Mexico.

He retired in 1987 and went to Spain only for a visit.
